Please keep in mind, however, that the start time may be subject to change depending on the Nasrid Palaces appointment time provided by the administration of Alhambra, and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If you have not received an email informing you of the tour start time four days prior to your scheduled tour, please contact the tour supplier. Please note that the starting time printed on your voucher is only an approximation, and the exact start time will be communicated to you via email or SMS. To ensure that you receive timely updates, please provide a valid phone number in case the tour supplier needs to contact you regarding any changes to your tour that may be enforced by the Alhambra administration. Please note: the Alhambra requires that all passengers provide the full name, date of birth and passport details for each participant when booking. If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises. In the event that during your visit the ferry cancels the return (something that happens very rarely) due to bad weather from Tangier, the ferry company will offer us the possibility of returning through another port near the city of Tangier, you must take into account that the return can be delayed from two to three hours from the usual return time. Our company will be in charge of guaranteeing you a meal and the transfer to this port of Tangier. Please check if you need a visa, take note that certain nationalities need to apply for an electronic visa before the trip.
