Private Mount Nemrut and Harran 3 day Tour from Cappadocia

Your eastern adventure begins with an early departure from the charming town of Goreme in Cappadocia. We journey past the city of Kayseri to the 13th-century Seljuk Caravanserai 'Karatay Han', a significant part of the silk road history. After a brief stop in Pinarbasi, we continue to the picturesque Tekir Valley for lunch. The day concludes in Kahta, where you'll check into your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day two starts with an early morning journey to the summit of Mount Nemrut, where you'll witness a breathtaking sunrise alongside the gigantic statue heads of kings and gods. After exploring the ruins of the Arsemia Roman bridge and the Tumulus Tomb of Karakus, we head to Sanliurfa for breakfast. The day continues with a visit to the Ataturk Dam, followed by a tour of Abraham's Cave and the Pools of Holy Carp. We then explore the colourful oriental bazaar and the ancient village of Harran, known for its unique 'beehive' houses. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay in Sanliurfa.

On the final day, we travel to Birecik, known for its bald-ibis birds, and visit a breeding farm dedicated to these endangered species. We then journey to GobekliTepe, an archaeological site that predates the Egyptian Pyramids by 6000 years. After lunch, we drive to the Taurus Mountains for a short tea break before returning to Goreme in Cappadocia, where your unforgettable tour concludes.
