Your journey begins at 9:00 am as you glide southwest to Tersane Bay, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the serene bay. The tour then continues over the ancient Sunken City of Kekova, a protected archaeological site best explored by kayak. Here, you'll have the unique opportunity to photograph submerged ruins from the water, as swimming is not permitted in this area.
Next, paddle to the historic village of Kaleköy, also known as ancient Simena. Arriving around 11:30 am, you'll have time to wander this authentic settlement, explore the castle ruins, and take in breathtaking views of the Kekova region from the hillside. The area is rich in history, with a necropolis and centuries-old sarcophagi dotting the landscape.
As the afternoon unfolds, return to Theimussa to see more impressive Lycian tombs before heading back to the kayak base. The adventure concludes with a delicious lunch in Üçağiz at approximately 1:15 pm, giving you a chance to relax and savor local flavors after your active morning.
