Fethiye to Demre Gulet

We set sail from Fethiye Harbour between 11am and 12 midday. Our first stop is the stunning coastal resort village of Oludeniz, famous for its blue lagoon and white Belcekiz Beach. We then visit the Butterfly Valley nature reserve for a refreshing swim. As the day ends, we anchor at St. Nicholas Island, where you can explore Byzantine ruins. Dinner is served on board, and you can choose to sleep in your cabin or under the stars.

We start the day early, sailing towards Firnaz Bay near Kalkan, where we enjoy breakfast and a swim. We then proceed to the charming harbour town of Kas, known for its bohemian atmosphere, whitewashed houses, and colourful bougainvillea. Here, you can explore the visible ruins of the ancient site of Antiphellos. We spend the night moored at Tersane Island, close to Kekova.

Our first stop today is the sunken city of Kekova, which we view from above the water. We then visit the traditional fishing village of Simena, also known as Kalekoy or Kale. Here, you can explore the village, walk up to Simena Castle for breathtaking views, and see a Lycian sarcophagus sitting on a pedestal in the water. We spend the night at Gokkaya Bay.

We start the day with a visit to the Pirates Cave before sailing to Demre Harbour, where our journey ends. For those with onward connections, Antalya Airport is the nearest airport to Demre, and transportation can be arranged.
