Set off from Girona and pedal along scenic cycle paths that trace the River Ter, passing through picturesque medieval hamlets, fields of sunflowers, and olive groves. Your journey leads you to the tranquil village of Pubol, where you can explore the remarkable Dali Castle, home to a fascinating collection of works by Salvador Dali and Gala, as well as Gala’s resting place. The day concludes with a short ride to Castell d'Empordà, where you’ll enjoy a memorable stay and a delightful dinner in the 'Dali experience' at your hotel (or similar).

Your route takes you through the town of Torroella de Montgrí, before reaching the inviting coastal town of L'Escala. Departing L'Escala, you’ll follow a scenic coastal path past the remarkable Roman ruins of Empúries, an open-air museum that brings ancient history to life.
