Girona & Emporda Leisure Tour Self-Guided

Your adventure begins at the tranquil Casa Anamaria hotel (or similar), where you'll meet the team and enjoy a light welcome lunch. After a brief tour introduction, you'll set off on a short, guided warm-up ride to the beautiful Banyoles Lake.

Day two takes you on a scenic ride from Banyoles to Viladamat. You'll traverse the countryside, cross the Fluvià river, and enter the renowned Alt Empordà wine region. The day concludes with a picnic lunch accompanied by a wine tasting session, followed by a restful night at the Boutique Hotel Can Pico (or similar).

On the third day, you'll cycle south towards the medieval village of Pals. En route, you'll pass by the majestic Montgrí Castle. The day ends with a relaxing stay at the Arkhe Hotel (or similar) in Pals.

Day four takes you from Pals to the coastal town of Palamos. Along the way, you'll stop at the charming village of Begur for a seaside coffee. The coastal road around Begur offers stunning views, making the ride a delightful experience. The day concludes with a hearty evening meal and a comfortable stay at Mas Bell Lloc (or similar).

On the final day of cycling, you'll ride from Palamos to the historic city of Girona. You'll stop for a coffee by the seaside before heading inland. The route takes you along the Via Verde, a former railway track now converted into a cycle path, leading you straight into Girona's Old Town. The day ends with a restful night at the Hotel Carlemany (or similar).
