Minimum weight for Segway riders is 45 kg (100 lbs) and the maximum is 120 kg (265 lbs).
The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the Tour.
In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.
The tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately for the season you're traveling in. If it rains, we provide raincoats. In the event of severe weather, we will offer the option to reschedule for an alternative date and time.
