We'll cap off the evening with a delightful dinner at a local trattoria, offering a rustic ambiance and a menu of traditional Italian dishes.

After breakfast, we'll journey to the majestic Castel del Monte, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From there, we'll venture into the heart of Apulia, exploring the stunning landscapes of the Alta Murgia National Park. We'll enjoy a traditional Apulian lunch at a local masseria before returning to Bari. The evening is yours to explore the city's vibrant nightlife.

Today, we'll travel to the enchanting Itria Valley. Our journey will take us through idyllic landscapes, dotted with traditional trulli houses. We'll visit Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its unique trulli architecture. After a day of exploration, we'll retire to the Hotel Relais Il Palmento (or similar), a charming accommodation nestled in the countryside.

We'll start the day with a scenic ride through the Murgia landscape, known for its olive groves and red earth. Our journey will take us to Massafra, a town perched on the edge of a gorge. After a day of exploration, we'll head to the Club Azzurro Hotel (or similar) in Porto Cesareo, where you can unwind and enjoy the coastal views.

Today, we'll embark on a coastal ride along the Ionian Sea, passing through the nature park of Porto Selvaggio e Palude del Capitano. Our journey will end in Gallipoli, a charming town known for its beautiful sea views and historic old town. We'll spend the night at the Hotel Palazzo del Corso (or similar), a modern 5-star hotel located near the old town.

We'll start the day with a scenic ride along the Baia Verde, one of Apulia's most popular beaches. From there, we'll head inland to explore the Salento region. Our journey will end in Lecce, a bustling city known for its baroque architecture. We'll spend the night at the Hotel Hilton Garden Inn (or similar), located in the heart of the city.

Today, we'll journey along the Adriatic coast, taking in the stunning sea views. We'll visit Otranto, a charming town known for its beautiful promenade and fortified old town. After a day of exploration, we'll return to Lecce, where you'll have the evening to explore the city's vibrant nightlife.

After a hearty breakfast, we'll bid farewell to Italy. We'll arrange for your transfer to either Brindisi or Bari airport, marking the end of your unforgettable Italian adventure.
