6 Days Private Reykjavik, Golden Circle and South Iceland Tour (Summer)

Welcome to Iceland! Your guide will greet you upon your arrival and kick-start your Icelandic adventure. Your first stop is the famous Blue Lagoon, a geothermal spa known for its warm, mineral-rich waters. Enjoy a relaxing soak and take advantage of the in-water mask booth, sauna, steam room, and in-water bar. After a rejuvenating day, we'll head to Reykjavik where you'll spend the night.

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Reykjavik and take you to the Golden Circle, a popular tourist route with three famous sites: Þingvellir National Park, the Geysir Geothermal Area, and Gullfoss Waterfall. At Þingvellir, you'll witness the meeting point of the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. Next, you'll visit the Geysir Geothermal Area, home to hundreds of colorful hot springs and two geysers. Finally, you'll marvel at the majestic Gullfoss Waterfall. You'll also have the option to go snowmobiling, dog-sledding, or snorkeling in Silfra. The day ends with a night stay in Hella or its surroundings.

Today, we'll explore the dramatic South Coast of Iceland. Our first stop is Seljalandsfoss, a powerful waterfall that you can walk behind. Next, we'll visit Skógafoss, another picturesque waterfall nestled in a small gorge. Our journey continues to Reynisfjara, the famous black sand beach, where you can admire the basalt columns and the cliffs of Dyrhólaey. Optional activities include a glacier hike in Sólheimajökull or a visit to the DC3 Plane Wreck. We'll spend the night on the South Coast.

We'll start the day by heading to Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, a deep glacial lagoon filled with floating icebergs. You can opt for a boat ride to get a closer look at the icebergs. Across the road, we'll visit Diamond Beach, where ice rocks of various sizes sparkle like diamonds on the black sand. Optional activities include an Amphibian Boat Tour or a Zodiac Tour. We'll spend another night on the South Coast.

Today, we'll explore the vibrant city of Reykjavik. We'll visit the Perlan glass dome, offering a 360-degree view of the city and its surroundings. We'll also stop by the historic Höfði building, Hallgrímskirkja church, and the Parliament building by Austurvöllur. Optional activities include the Wonders of Iceland & Áróra Northern Lights Show at Perlan or a whale-watching tour. We'll spend the night in Reykjavik.

Enjoy your last day in Iceland at your own pace. You can use this day for shopping, exploring more of Reykjavik, or simply relaxing before your flight back home.
