Step into the heart of Brussels and immerse yourself in an authentic Belgian chocolate-making workshop led by certified artisan chocolatiers. This hands-on experience invites you to craft your own chocolate creations in a modern, fully equipped training center, using premium cacao sourced directly from small farmers in Haiti.
During the 1.5-hour session, you'll learn the secrets of bean-to-bar chocolate making, from tasting raw cacao beans and cacao liquor to handcrafting mendiants, truffles, and a personalized chocolate bar. Everything you make is yours to take home, and you'll enjoy tastings of several premium origin cacaos along the way.
The workshop takes place in a spacious, air-conditioned facility in Saint-Gilles, Brussels, ensuring a comfortable environment year-round. Sessions are available daily at 11 AM, 2 PM, and 5 PM, accommodating groups of up to 15 people. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and receive your hairnet and wristband.
Our passionate chocolatiers are certified by the Belgian government and committed to sustainable, ethical practices. The chocolate used is 100% traceable, free from industrial processing, and supports fair revenue for farmers.
